Experience a fun yoga session with the entire family as Freshwater’s Qi Health and Yoga Studio holds a Family Yoga Workshop with instructor and yoga mum, Toonie McDougall. This workshop is happening on Saturday, 25 May 2019 from 2:30 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.

At this event, little kids, big kids, and kids-at-heart all come together to learn and practice yoga the best way possible. Expect to do lots of animated breathing exercises and soothing relaxation techniques that will allow each participant to release and awaken the inner-child in them no matter how old they may be.

And of course, what is a family yoga without fun, laughter and love? By attending this workshop, families will get to strengthen their relationships. This is definitely a family bonding session like no other!

But apart from its social benefits with the families’ relationship, each participant will also get to move and be active. Yoga is such a great way for both kids and adults to strengthen and condition their bodies. This will also allow parents to relax and de-stress themselves after having a busy week at work or even at home.
