Mounties Care Integrated Health Clinic at Harbord Diggers in Freshwater is now open. The latest GP clinic to open in Northern Beaches offers a state-of-the-art facility specialising in chronic and difficult-to-treat conditions.
As previously announced, the Freshwater Clinic opened in early August 2022 in the Health & Wellness Precinct of Harbord Diggers where the gym, physiotherapist and pool are also located. Sitting alongside complementary allied health services, the Integrative Health Clinic features five consultation rooms plus a dedicated IV treatment centre with a team of general practitioners, integrative doctors and allied health professionals who will deliver holistic health to the Northern Beaches community.

They offer mental health, child and adolescent health, dermatology and skin cancer, pregnancy care and Women’s health services at the new Mounties Care Freshwater site. Whilst the specialised programs offered include Diabetes Program for Type 2 diabetes, pre-diabetic and/or insulin resistance patients; Metabolic Transformation Program for people who are looking for a supported weight loss program; and IV Vitamin Therapy

Harbord Diggers is a community-centred club in Freshwater. The site offers bars, an outdoor cafe, restaurants, entertainment and an Ocean Terrace with a sweeping view of the beach. Apart from the health and wellness precinct, Club members also enjoy fitness and aquatic centres, physiotherapist, hair salon, beauty services and indoor kids’ play centre.
